BOARD OF EDUCATION

                The Fremont Community Schools Board of Education consists of seven members from three districts: Fremont Township, Clear Lake Township, Jamestown Township, and an At-Large member (total district).  All board members run on a nonpartisan ticket, are elected in the primary election and serve a four-year term.
School board meetings are held the third Monday of each month at 6:00 PM unless that date falls on a holiday.  Meetings are conducted in the board room located in the administration building at Vistula Park.
School board meetings are open to the public, and the agenda is posted in accordance with state law.  Patrons having questions and concerns about the school system may write to the school board at PO Box 665, Fremont, Indiana 46737, or call the superintendent’s office at 495-5005.
